What tracking information can I see in the iBanFirst Payment Tracker?
With the iBanFirst Payment Tracker, you can view the send time, current status, which intermediary banks are involved, expected receipt time and reasons for any delays.
Can my beneficiaries also track payments?
Yes, you can share tracking links with your beneficiaries to give them real-time insights into payment progress.
That way, you and your beneficiaries can easily access live updates on your payments, so you're both aware of any roadblocks or delays and don't need to worry about sending status updates.
How can I access proof of payments on the iBanFirst platform?
Simply choose a payment and select "Proof of payment" on the details page. This will immediately download a pacs.008 file in XML format to your device.
Can anyone initiate a payment from the iBanFirst platform?
No. You control who can initiate payments through customisable user permission rights. You can configure payment limits and multi-level approvals for different user roles, with granular access rights across different entities.
